1. SURFACE COURSE-CARPET COAT LEVELLING
Flood the surface and outline all areas where water stands more than 1/8" deep shall be chalk-marked.

The outlined depressions shall be filled with Carpet Coat Surfacer levelled with straightedge and rolled.

2. ACRYLIC RESURFACER (No asphaltic materials will be permitted)
Acrylic Resurfacer 55 gallons

Water 20 - 40 gallons

Sand (40-60) Mesh 600-900 lbs.
Application - The surfacer shall be applied to court surface by pouring from a can or a wheeled container to continuous parallel lines and spreading immediately with a rubber-faced squeegee.
There shall be two applications of surfacer. The total amount of surfacer shall not be less that 20 gallons per 1,000 square feet.
3. PLEXIFLOR
Apply two (2) squeegee applications Plexiflor.

4. PLAYING LINES
The playing lines shall be accurately located and marked by snapping chalked line on the court surface. Standard dimensions shall be used. Lines shall be painted with Latex Line Paint and no oil base paint will be permitted.

5. CLEAR GLO SEALER
There shall be two (2) coats of Clear Glo applied over the entire surface after the lines are painted.
