Surface America features versatile, durable TuffRoll (formerly Ever-Roll). It's the clear-cut leader of speckled roll good products in the world.

TuffRoll has been manufactured since the late 1960s. Through a number of developments and innovations, Surface America has mastered the high technology process of manufacturing extremelyl dense rubber roll goods with outstanding uniformity and durability.

Full cylinder production yields are as follows:
1/4" (6mm) = 5,000 sq.ft.
3/8" (9mm) = 3,200 sq.ft.
1/2" (12mm) = 2,400 sq.ft.

CUSTOM COLOR AVAILABILITY

Custom color orders for full cylinder production are welcomed. Orders can be placed in any of the previous thicknesses in up to 30% color (70% black). These color proportions can be virtually any combination of solid EPDM colors (shown??).

In 1/4" (6mm) and 3/8" (9mm) thicknesses, these standard colors in the following percentages are available in any quantity:

• 90% black/10% blue, teal, red, gray, blue/gray
  - or -
  80% black/20% blue, teal, red gray, blue/gray
• 100% black is also available in any quantity.

THICKNESS & DENSITY CONSISTENCY

The proprietary manufacturing and splitting techniques, developed over more than thirty years, yield the industry's best quality. Consistent density - no soft or hard spots. Perfect uniformity in thickness from roll to roll. No lips at the joints where rolls abut.

COLOR UNIFORMITY & STABILITY

TuffRoll is highly resistant to type "A" ultraviolet rays from sunlight and type "B" ultraviolet rays from fluorescent lighting, which is critical on indoor installations.

MORE MANUFACTURING ADVANTAGES

The propietary production process from which TuffRoll is made leads to a more flexible, longer lasting product. Less developed manufacturing processes can lead to a brittle product that will tend to break down prematurely.
